Means of Best Friend

Have you ever had a best friend in your life? I believe every people who read this post ever had a best friend in his/her life. Don’t care a man or a woman.
I ever had a lot of best friends in my life, but not all still my best friends till now. I think best friend is a man or woman that can share bittersweet with me, not just want to feel the “sweet”, when I got problem or something bad they will go far away. That’s not means of best friends. Best friends are they that can share bittersweet, make me happy when I felt sad or disappointed, help me solve the problem, help me when I got something bad, etc. Not all best friends will go a long way, because always there’s a problem that can be a factor to separate friendship. There’s a lot of factor that can break up friendship. Maybe some of us out of keeping with each other, because not all best friends can accept our bad habit or characteristic, or maybe some factor caused one of us study in different school/university or maybe when I have a family, and that make no time to meet each other because I have to take care of my family, and many more factor that can separate friendship. Someone ever told me that when we became a university student, I will have a lot of friend but not for best friend, because I will have a lot friend when in a class, but after that I will alone again caused we’re just friend, no more than a friend in a class.
Best friend is very important in my life because I’m as a social beings, can’t stand alone by myself, I need someone that can help in my life. So I have to find a lot of best friends when I still can and young because after we get old, I will not have time to find a best friend when I get my job, family and my second childhood.

Everyday Heroes

Have you ever had a hero in your life? I think everyone ever had their own hero that can touch our heart. I had a hero in my life, she is my housemaid. She is one of all my heroes in my life. Let’s talk about her life.
I have one housemaid that had been work for about 20 years at my house. Her name is Eti, she come from Tegal and now she is 49 years old. It’s the same as my age. I choose her as my hero because I think she is very good and strong person. Every day she always washes the dishes, washes my family’s clothes, sweep the floor, mop the floor, etc. I think it’s very hard, but she must do it because she must work to defray her family and especially her children that still school. Her husband agrees with her job so long as that job is rightful and not stole something that other person’s own.
From her life I got something that can be a lesson for me and my future life. I will become a patriarch. I must work hard to defray my family but I have to find a job that rightful and I have to be honest in work, and I trust God will help me in every situation.

Just Do It

When I was in junior high school grade 7 I really liked to played basketball, there was selection for basketball school team. I can’t do dribbling with left hand well, but I can do layup, shooting, and the others well with right hand. I was really afraid. Everyday I tried to practice it. 2 months passed, I can do it well. When the selection time came, fortunately I can passed all the challenge. Not only that, when I joined the team, we have to do a lot of practice for the competition. It was really hard physical practice to trained our stamina. Proudly we can won a lot of competitions.
I ever seen a commercial break from Nike. It’s told us about to be a professional athlete, it’s not instant. All professional athlete all over the world, do a lot of practice, and they have to sacrificed their time, power, body, and maybe family, but they can showed to the world that their sacrifice payed with their successful now.
So, anything what we want, we can do it. We don’t need to say “I can’t” but we have to say “I can”, and just do it well. Everything is possible, and one thing that we have to remember is “No Pain No Gain”.

African Cinderella

Once upon a time there was an old African widower Ekundayo, he had one daughter, Zuri. His new wife, Baya. She had two daughters, the oldest was named Kulwa and the youngest, Kurwa. Baya and her daughters disliked Zuri because she always gets more attention from her father. Baya and her daughters always order Zuri to do a lot of housework and they called Zuri with Cinderella. On her 18th birthday, her father gave her a diamond bracelet that belonged to her mother. Her father told her to “Pray every night and she will be blessed with whatever she wish”
One day, Baya walking in the town noticed a large gathering near the town billboard and read the poster. It’s about the prince of that town, will have a large feast open to all of the most beautiful women in the town. In a rush, she ran home and told her daughters, but she didn’t tell Cinderella and the Baya asked Cinderella to make them the most colorful dresses that anyone had ever seen.
Finally the 6th day came, Cinderella finish that dresses in time. Baya and her daughters went to the feast. Cinderella entered her room and cried. She prayed over the bracelet for a dress of her own and she surprised when she saw her mother’s shadow in her room. That shadow said “I love you” and collapsed into a pile of silk on the floor. She picked the pile from the floor and that pile turned into a very beautiful dress.
Cinderella went to the feast too. On that feast, Kurwa and Kulwa began to dance with some of the noble men. When Cinderella came to the feast, Kurwa and Kulwa began to itch and her hands and feet began to swell, they can’t dance anymore. They ran screamed. Cinderella entered the feast and noticed by the prince. They danced and spoken over the night. Sensing it was time to go home, Cinderella ran out of the feast but the prince gold her diamond bracelet and took off her wrist, but she keep to run. At home, Cinderella noticing that she left her bracelet.
The prince make announcement that told to only the woman can fits with this bracelet, I will marriage her. Many women try to but failed and when Cinderella’s turn, the prince put that bracelet on Cinderella’s wrist, and it’s fits. The prince face with glee to Cinderella and and he asked Cinderella to married with him. Finally they lived happily, Baya and her daughters never seen again.

Founder of Microsoft

Have you ever used personal computer? Did you know what is the basic of personal computer? Do you know who is the founder? Have you ever heard about Microsoft?

Bill Gates was born on October 28, 1955 in Seattle, Washington. Bill was an ambitious boy from childhood. He was very intelligent and fiercely competitive. Without a doubt, these qualities have played a role in where he is now. He was always good with mathematics and science. His father was an influential lawyer and his parents had planned a law career for him but as we all know, destiny had other plans.

He showed his interest when he was young. At school he wrote a program to play tic-tac-toe against a computer. He used the programming language called BASIC. Thus began his fascination with the world of computers. Gates was skilled in computers and even got banned from Computer Centre Corporation for exploiting bugs in the system and obtaining free computer time. His close friend and eventual business partner Paul Allen was banned along with him. After this ban, the four students offered to discover and eliminate bugs in return for computer time. As can be seen, Bill shared a true passion for his work and showed enterprise.

Seeing his proficiency, his school hired him to write a program to schedule students. He wrote the code such that he could be in the class with the most female students. At 17, Gates and his friend Paul Allen started a venture called Traf-O-Data. This program helped record and regulate traffic and it helped them earn around $20,000.

Graduating out of high school, he joined Harvard. Here he met Steve Ballmer, a future business partner. He was confused in college, just like a lot of other people. He chose pre-law, but he stuck with his love for computers. He would spend long hours in front of the computer all night and sleep in class next day. He stayed in constant touch with Paul Allen and they both got jobs in Honeywell. Finally he decided to drop out of college and start his own firm.

This firm was Microsoft, started with the vision "A computer on every desk and Microsoft software on every computer". Bill Gates has since achieved remarkable success. He is the richest man on earth and his company has achieved goals and set benchmarks for other companies time and again. Bill Gates was an ordinary man who believed in the power of intelligence and hard work.

He pursued his dream and never gave up. His story shows us perseverance is the difference between success and failure, that any person can become great and achieve success with hard work and perseverance.

Bill Gates is the person that can be our teacher. We can learn from his life, experience and his successful. He never give up although when he failed, so this is my admirer. How about you?
